The Rev. Errol Montgomery-Robertson

Founding Pastor, Lighthouse-St Nicholas Adjunct Priest, St Patrick’s

Father Errol founded Lighthouse Community Church in January 2016 as an outreach of the Mississippi Rainbow Center for the spiritual needs of the LGBTQ+ community and allies along the Gulf Coast.  In addition to leading worship, Fr Errol provides pastoral care and ministerial services for parishioners as well as the community at large and connects folx with spiritual resources.  

Holding a Master of Divinity from Nashotah House Theological Seminary, he was ordained a priest in The Episcopal Church in 1995, and has served congregations in CA, IN, LA, and MS. He solemnized the first same-sex marriage along the MS Gulf Coast, and the second in the state, when marriage equality was realized in 2015. Fr Errol and his husband Mike “Mick” Robertson reside in Pass Christian.

Lay Worship Leader & Junior Warden

Jason leads prayer and worship services in addition to assisting Fr Errol during principle worship services.  An Air Force veteran of over 12 years, Jason is currently discerning a call to Holy Orders, in the hopes of becoming an Episcopal Priest.  Raised in Upstate New York, he now claims Gulfport as his home.
